Abstract

This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on nurse performance at RSUD dr Mohamad Soewandhie, Surabaya. The research involved 84 nurses as respondents, selected using a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population was included. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires that allowed respondents to provide direct feedback. The study applied a quantitative approach and used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 to assess both the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables.The results show that transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. These variables also demonstrate a significant combined effect on performance when analyzed simultaneously.This study highlights the importance of fostering a strong organizational culture, implementing effective leadership practices, and maintaining high levels of motivation to enhance nursing performance. Improved nurse performance contributes directly to better patient care and overall hospital service quality. Hospital management is encouraged to invest in strategies that support leadership development, strengthen organizational values, and promote motivation among nursing staff to achieve optimal healthcare outcomes.
