The Determinant Factors of Employee Performance: Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction

This research was conducted at the Class II Sea and Coast Guard Base (PPLP) of Tanjung Perak. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work environment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance of the Class II Sea and Coast Guard Base (PPLP) of Tanjung Perak. The sample in this study was all employees of the Class II Sea and Coast Guard Base (PPLP) of Tanjung Perak, totaling 90 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that work environment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance of the Class II Sea and Coast Guard Base (PPLP) of Tanjung Perak. Among these three variables, work environment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction, job satisfaction is proven to have a dominant influence on employee performance of the Class II Sea and Coast Guard Base (PPLP) of Tanjung Perak.
