Abstract

This research was conducted at PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo with the aim of  analyzing the influence of leadership, competency and organizational commitment on employee performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo. The sample in this study was all employees of the PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo Head Office, totaling 84 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that leadership, competency and organizational commitment have a partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo. This event confirms that employee performance is influenced by the synergy of various internal organizational factors, not by relying on just one aspect.
