The Effect of Work Motivation and Employee Compentency of Employee Performance in LBB Airlangga Social Exactta Surabaya

The purpose of this research are: 1. To analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. 2. To analyze the effect of work competence on employee performance, 3. To analyze the performance of employees at Lbb Airlangga Social exact Surabaya. This study defined quantitative research, the population and sample were distributed by 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). The results showed the effect of work motivation variables (X1) on employee performance (Y) had a significant effect of 0.004. And the work competency variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) has a significant effect of 0,000. The results of this study indicate that the two variables of work motivation, work competence have a stronger influence on the performance of employees at Lbb Airlangga Social exact Surabaya.
