The Effect of Motivation, Discipline and Work Stress on Leader Group Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and stress on employee performance at PT Ittihad Rahmat Utama. This study uses a survey method and data is collected through questionnaires given to 74 respondents who are employees at PT Ittihad Rahmat Utama. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling method uses a saturated sample method. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, stress has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously motivation, work discipline, and stress on employee performance at PT Ittihad Rahmat Utama.
